Pellet Stoves

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]We are certified installers of MCZ pellet stoves, boilers and fires. The pellet boilers and ‘Hydro’ stoves are RHI compatible, so the government will pay you an incentive if you use these. Stoves and fires are also available without water circuits, but these types are not eligible for RHI funding. Still worth considering, as they are cheaper to buy than the hydro appliances and many are available with an air ducting system that you can use to spread the heat around your home.

Many stoves in the range are capable of heating the whole house, replacing an existing oil or gas boiler on the radiator or underfloor heating system already installed in your house. The beauty of heating with an MCZ biomass stove is that you can claim domestic RHI payments that help pay for the installation cost. On models such as the Duo, you can alter the amount of heat the stove puts into the room that it’s in, so if you come in and want a quick warm-up you can open it right up and warm yourself in front of the fire. All models feature automatic ignition and run on wood pellets at or above 90% efficiency. They’re also cheap in comparison to other biomass boilers. For example, the 11.6kW Ego retails for just under £3,000 + VAT (price correct at 18/04/15) and is capable of heating an average sized house. If supplied as part of an installation package we can charge the VAT at just 5%.
